4 Reasons Why Consistency Counts
Consistency will help your Lightworker Business Succeed
Having the ability to create your own work schedule is a great benefit to being a professional psychic working form home.
You can adjust your work hours to your life and can change them daily, weekly or even hourly but this not always the best thing for you or your callers.
Let’s look at why – Here’s 4 Reasons Consistency Counts
Your callers look at your posted schedule because they want to know when they can reach you. Some callers are willing to wait to speak with you if they know for certain when you are available.
For someone who is uncertain or upset this is not always easy to do so when you cancel or change your schedule at the last minute it can be very disappointing for them.
If you consistently cancel or change your hours, your callers (and possibly employers) will quickly conclude that you are not reliable and may assume that your work is not reliable as well.
Reliability reflects on you, your work and your accuracy so try to work your schedule at least 98% of the time.
Working a consistent schedule with the same hours every week will prove very helpful in building a rapport with your callers. Once you connect, they will call you back if they know when to find you.
In this line of work regular and repeat callers are the backbone of our business and it pays off in more ways than one to be there for them.
Your psychic employment is like any other employment which includes showing up for work when you are scheduled to.
Many callers plan specific times to call their advisors and may not have much availability so be aware that their time may be limited and make every effort to be present for them.
Once you have established a great rapport with your callers they will seek you out for guidance on many topics. They will often refer friends and colleagues to you and this will boost your business and client base.
It also allows you to remain expansive in your gifts and help more people. Referrals are a very personal gifts of trust from a caller. They are putting their reputation on the line by suggesting you and they will do so because they trust you to be reliable and accurate.
If you bail on a referral you disappoint not only your new caller but your old caller as well. You may lose business and even worse, lose your callers trust.
Reviews and testimonials are another very important aspect of our work and a great one will attract new and older callers. Reviews speak positively of you and your work as reader.
Callers can be very detailed in these and at times will name specific predications, refer to something you said or validate how accurate you are. They will very often thank you or honor you.
Sometimes reviews are just one or two positive words but still very powerful.
Callers read reviews and they look for key words that make them feel connected. Its not unusual for a caller to tell you they read your reviews and cite what it is that drew them to you.
As you can see reliability affects many areas of our work, and being present for your scheduled shifts allows your callers to connect, to trust, to call back and to bring other callers your way.
No matter how you look at it, consistency counts! Make your schedule adherence a priority.
