Take a Break and Take Five
As psychic readers and mediums we wear many hats in the world and sometimes it’s hard to know which one we are currently wearing. The daily bustle of life can become an overwhelming buzz of activity that depletes and drains us.
Many readers juggle hats for home, gardens, children, clients, work other than psychic work, pets and a myriad of other things. There are many things and people that need our attention during the day and oft times we put off caring for ourselves.
We often cannot change the patterns and rhythms of our daily lives and work, but we can take a few minutes every day to take a break and breathe.
When I say a few, I mean it literally. We can all carve out 5 minutes a day, even if it means 5 less minutes on social media or watching TV. During our overly busy lives it is vital that we psychics take a breather to recharge.
If you are coming home from a day job, rushing through some errands, settling your children with homework and bedtime, and then working taking calls at night, these 5 minutes may especially apply to you.
Its hard to switch hats so many times within the same day so do try to find time to breathe and take a short break.
Start with 5 minutes in your own quiet space and allow this to grow.
You will notice a difference with just a few minutes of peace in between.
It doesn’t have to be a meditation; your 5 minutes can be anything you enjoy or however you ground yourself.
I live in a place that is hot and sunny 9 months of the year and I make it a point to take a few sun breaks daily. I take one after a particularly long or challenging call, if I see a pretty butterfly pass by my window or if I need to feel the sun. Its amazing how just 5 minutes of solar rays recharges my psychic and spiritual batteries. Moon and star light work to😊.
You don’t even have to go outside, just stand by your window and gaze.
Gazing and day dreaming or highly underrated means of taking a break but I strongly encourage all of you to try them.
Life and work make demands on us. The body mind spirit and psyche are all intricately interwoven so what is affecting one will affect then other.
Psychics and mediums entertain a strong sense of dedication to their clients.
The need to not disappoint and to be there for everyone can be an overwhelmingly strong desire but try to look beyond this to what is serving your highest good.
If you are too tired to work or are unfocused, neither your callers or you will have maximum benefit.
Are you feeling headachey? Have you properly nourished your body with clean foods? Have you rested and slept or are you just buzzing from one thing to the other with all your hats piling up on your head?
Your gifts are special, they are blessings and tools you have developed to help others find peace and balance.
The best way to bring this about is to keep yourself in equilibrium.
Its not always easy to make time for we so start small.
Take five fantastic minutes for yourself. Take a sun break, a moon break or a quiet break but do take five and don’t limit yourself. Break when you need do, rest when you feel guided , honor your body and remember as healers to heal yourselves😊
